The Digital Kit program is an initiative of the Government of Spain aimed at subsidizing the implementation of digital solutions available in the market to achieve a significant advancement in the level of digital maturity.

What are the requirements?

Being a small business, microenterprise, or self-employed individual.

Being up to date with tax obligations and Social Security contributions.

Not incurring in any of the prohibitions stipulated in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, on General Grants.

Being registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals, and withholdings of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Regional Tax Administration.

Not being considered as a company in crisis.

Having the fiscal address located in Spain.

Having the assessment of the Digital Maturity Level according to the diagnostic test on the Acelera pyme platform.

Not being subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission declaring illegal aid incompatible with the common market.

Not exceeding the limit of de minimis aid – all subsidies granted by EU states below €200,000.

Invoices in structured format: the solution allows the issuance of invoices in structured formats in E-INVOICE format, to facilitate automated processing.

Unlimited invoices: the solution allows the issuance of an unlimited number of invoices.

Unlimited clients: The solution allows sending invoices to an unlimited number of clients.

Unlimited products or services: the solution allows the creation of an unlimited number of billable products and/or services within the catalog.

Sending invoices by email: The solution is capable of sending invoices directly by email.

Invoice customization: Invoices generated by the solution are customizable, including logo selection.
